By accessing this website, visiting our showroom, and/or placing an order with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Ryan Parker Interiors or place an order if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website, visiting our showroom, and purchasing products from us. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Ryan Parker Interiors. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client/Customer and ourselves, or either the Client/Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our supply of products to the Client/Customer in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
1. Products
Ryan Parker Interiors supplies a range of interior products, including but not limited to: wall panels, shower doors, bathroom doors, kitchen doors, and associated accessories. All products are subject to availability. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish. We recommend visiting our showroom to view products in person where possible.
2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 All quotations provided by Ryan Parker Interiors are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Please note that Ryan Parker Interiors is not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT will not be added to our prices.
2.3 All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on our website or quoted at the time of order confirmation.
2.4 Any errors or omissions in pricing or product descriptions are subject to correction without liability.
3. Ordering
3.1 Orders can be placed via our e-commerce website, by phone, or email. You may also discuss orders in our Manchester showroom.
3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by Ryan Parker Interiors. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3.3 Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not signify acceptance of your order. A contract for the sale of products will only be formed when we dispatch the goods to you or notify you that they are ready for collection.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Full payment is required at the time of placing an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing for trade accounts.
4.2 Payment methods accepted will be detailed on our website or communicated at the time of order.
4.3 Invoices are due for payment within 7 days of the invoice date for agreed trade accounts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 Ryan Parker Interiors reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, compounded daily.
4.5 In the event of non-payment, Ryan Parker Interiors reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders or withhold delivery until full payment is received.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet all delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party carrier issues.
5.2 Delivery charges will be specified at the time of ordering.
5.3 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
5.4 Upon delivery, it is crucial that you inspect all goods immediately for any damages, defects, or discrepancies before signing the delivery note. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note. Claims for damage or missing items not noted at the time of delivery may be rejected.
5.5 You or your authorised representative must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
5.6 If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to your fault (e.g., incorrect address, no one available), re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Collection from Showroom
6.1 If you choose to collect your order, we will notify you when your products are ready for collection from our showroom premises at 245 Lower Broughton Road, Salford M7 2JT, Manchester.
6.2 Products must be collected within 3 working days of notification, unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure you have appropriate transport to safely collect your order.
6.3 It is your responsibility to inspect goods thoroughly at the time of collection before taking them from our showroom.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
7.1 Non-Faulty Goods: * You have the right to cancel your order for non-faulty goods placed online or over the phone within 14 days from the day you receive the goods (or the last item if delivered separately), in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. * For purchases made directly in our showroom, our showroom return policy applies, which will be available at the point of sale. Generally, showroom purchases are not subject to the 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period unless faulty. * To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing (email to [email protected]) within the applicable timeframe. * Goods must be returned to us at your own cost, in their original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged, within 14 days of your cancellation notification. * A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or 14 days from the day you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. * Please note: Bespoke or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods: * In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery/collection, providing photographic evidence of the damage/fault. * We will arrange for the inspection, return, repair, or replacement of faulty goods at our discretion. * If a product is confirmed faulty and a replacement is not possible or desired, a full refund will be issued. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Product Guarantees
8.1 All products supplied are subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee, where applicable. We will assist you in making a claim under any such guarantee. Ryan Parker Interiors does not offer any additional guarantees beyond those provided by the manufacturer or required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Ryan Parker Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our products or website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our supply of products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you to Ryan Parker Interiors for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
9.3 We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect installation or misuse of our products. We strongly recommend professional installation where applicable.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Ryan Parker Interiors shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials.
